NITRO-DRAUGHT nitrogen generators

The NITRO-DRAUGHT nitrogen generators, made by Fizz Dog, produce nitrogen for draft beer and food applications. We supply, install and service three models, the NITRO-DRAUGHT 1200 Basic, Pro Basic and Max Basic. From a clean compressed air supply they use gas membrane technology to produce high purity food grade nitrogen, on site, on demand.

Specification

Membrane separation works by pushing compressed air through fibers that let oxygen and water vapor pass more readily than nitrogen. What comes out the far end is a high purity nitrogen stream with no chemical process and no consumables to replace.

Three models exist because nitrogen demand varies enormously between a small taproom and a production brewery running nitro. Which one fits is set from measured consumption during the assessment, not from a nominal figure.
