Green CO2 Systems

A CO2 system for grow room enrichment

A CO2 system for a grow room is doing two jobs at once. It has to hold enrichment steady at canopy height to get the yield, and it has to keep a sealed room safe for the people working in it. Get either wrong and the room does not run.

Systems for Indoor Cultivation & Extraction Facilities

Green CO2 Systems' safety and storage solutions also work with most cannabis extraction technologies by providing extractors with a reliable carbon dioxide source and safe, compliant working environment.

Indoor cultivation and extraction facility owners can expect, with the addition of CO2 to their growing, an increase to their yields by a minimum of 20% and as high as 50%, which means more money in their pockets!

From obtaining the required permits to installing an approved alarm system, we fully understand your needs and can help you save valuable time and precious resources.

Using our industry-leading technology, we've set new safety and efficiency standards in Colorado, Nevada, and Oklahoma by providing an A-to-Z CO2 solution. With our 24/7 external fill capabilities, there is no need for us to come into your cultivation facility anytime during the grow process. Why enrichment pays

Ambient air runs around 400 ppm of CO2. A sealed room under strong light can use considerably more than that, and once the plants have stripped the available CO2 out of the air, photosynthesis is capped no matter how good your lighting and nutrition are.

Holding enrichment at a controlled level removes that ceiling. The reason growers care about the equipment rather than just the gas is that an unstable ppm is close to worthless, and an over-enriched room wastes expensive gas.

Control at canopy height

Our Grow CO2 Controller is installed at canopy height, not at the ceiling and not by the door, because the reading that matters is the one where the leaves actually are.

Range
Adjustable in 50 ppm increments from 700 ppm to 2000 ppm
Accuracy
Maintains PPM within plus or minus 40 ppm of the set point
Light sync
Built in photocell follows your light schedule and turns off when the room goes dark
Harvest
OFF setting for harvesting times
Readout
Real time PPM readings on the MK9 central unit

The safety and compliance half

A sealed cultivation room is exactly the environment where CO2 becomes dangerous: enclosed, occupied, and deliberately enriched above ambient. Life-safety monitoring is not an optional extra here, it is the thing that lets the room be signed off.

The LogiCO2 MK9 sensor drives a shutoff at 5000 ppm with strobe and horn alarm outputs, and one central unit runs up to twelve sensors across a multi-room facility.

  • Sensors placed where CO2 actually collects
  • Life-safety shutoff at 5000 ppm
  • Strobe and horn alarms for occupied rooms
  • One control point for up to twelve sensors
  • Documentation for inspection rather than a pile of parts

Permits and inspection

From obtaining the required permits to installing an approved alarm system, this is usually the step that stalls a cultivation build. We have taken facilities through it before and can tell you what your jurisdiction will expect before you order equipment, rather than after an inspector has turned you down.

Supply that keeps up with a sealed room

An enriched room consumes continuously while the lights are on. Cylinder swapping at that rate is not a supply strategy, it is a labor cost, and running out mid-cycle costs you far more than the gas.

Bulk with telemetry is the normal answer. We watch the level remotely and deliver against consumption, so nobody on your team is checking a gauge.

Grow room CO2 systems, from a single tent to a multi-room facility

A grow tent CO2 system and a commercial grow room CO2 system solve the same problem at different scales. Small rooms can run a single controller and a cylinder; a multi-room facility needs bulk supply, zoned monitoring and a central readout.

CO2 enrichment cultivation only pays if the level actually holds. That is why a CO2 monitor grow room operators can read at canopy height matters more than the headline capacity of the system feeding it.

  • CO2 system for grow tent installations and small sealed rooms
  • Grow room CO2 system with bulk supply and telemetry at facility scale
  • CO2 monitor grow room readouts at canopy height, not ceiling height
  • CO2 enrichment cultivation held within plus or minus 40 ppm

Sizing supply for a sealed room

An enriched room consumes continuously through the light period, and that changes the supply question from how much to how reliably.

Room volume
The air being enriched, which sets the initial charge to reach setpoint
Air exchange rate
How fast enriched air is lost and replaced, usually the dominant ongoing cost
Light schedule
Enrichment only runs during the light period, so photoperiod directly scales monthly consumption
Target ppm
The difference between 800 and 1500 ppm is substantial across a full cycle
Room count
Staggered rooms smooth demand; synchronized rooms create a peak the system must cover

Common questions

It depends on your lighting, genetics and room sealing, which is why the controller is adjustable from 700 to 2000 ppm in 50 ppm steps rather than fixed. Your cultivation lead sets the target and the equipment holds it.

If it is enclosed, occupied and enriched above ambient, yes. CO2 is odorless and collects low, so a person cannot be the detector.

Yes. We can tell you what alarm configuration your jurisdiction expects and supply the documentation for sign-off.

Yes. A built in photocell follows your light schedule and shuts enrichment off when the room goes dark, so you are not paying to enrich a sleeping canopy.
