CO2 refill in Las Vegas, by cylinder exchange

CO2 refill in Las Vegas is done by cylinder exchange: filled cylinders from our Valley View Blvd depot swapped for your empties on site. Our cylinders, our fills, no trip to a refill counter.

CO2 tank refill in Las Vegas, the exchange way

A CO2 tank exchange in Las Vegas is a minute at the door: full cylinder in, empty out, beverage-grade gas every time. We do not fill customer-owned cylinders, which is why there is no turnaround to wait on.

Telemetry is included on every exchange account, so the swap follows your real consumption across the valley's busy and quiet weeks.

Where to keep cylinders in a Las Vegas summer

Cylinder exchange means full and empty bottles stored on site, and in Las Vegas that storage has to stay cool. NFPA 55 keeps compressed gas cylinders below 125 degrees Fahrenheit, and a sun-facing back lot or an unventilated closet can get there in July. We look at where the rotation will live before we size it.

  • Beverage-grade CO2 in our own cylinders
  • Swapped on site, no turnaround
  • Storage location checked for summer heat
  • Telemetry included on the account

Henderson, Pahrump and moving to bulk

Henderson is about 16 road miles from the depot and Pahrump about 59, both in our service area. A Pahrump site on cylinders carries more stock between runs, and that is often the point where micro bulk delivery becomes the cheaper, cooler option. We will say so when the numbers show it.

What a Las Vegas exchange account includes

An exchange account is more than a cylinder swap. It covers the gas, the cylinders and their testing, the telemetry included on every account, and a Territory Sales Manager for Nevada who knows your site and its peaks.

  • Beverage-grade CO2 in cylinders we own
  • Cylinder testing and maintenance handled by us
  • Telemetry included, so swaps follow consumption
  • Fountain and draft gas on one account
  • A clear point at which we recommend bulk instead

Fountain-only accounts

Convenience stores and quick-service restaurants that only pour fountain drinks still use a lot of CO2, and they rarely have a spare room to store it. For those sites a well-placed exchange rotation, or a small bulk system with an external fill box, keeps the gas out of the sales floor and out of the heat.

Common questions

No. We supply our own cylinders by exchange only, so the swap is instant and test dates are our responsibility.

Only where they stay below 125 degrees Fahrenheit, the NFPA 55 limit, secured upright and shaded. We check the spot during setup.

We quote per site from cylinder size, volume and frequency.
